Our Organic Garden

Our garden is wild and beautiful and gives us so much more than we need. We love our plants and trees deeply and try our best to transfer our passion onto anyone willing to listen and to experience sustainable farming. Share our dream with us to live sustainably from our garden.

From Stone to Sustainable Garden

When this project began, the hill was little more than rock and a few pine trees. Transforming this rugged terrain into fertile soil required years of patience, dedication, and sustainable land care. Today, the land has become a thriving example of organic farming and sustainable agriculture. Native fruit trees, medicinal plants, herbs, and vegetables now grow where once almost nothing could survive.

A living ecosystem

Our garden follows the principles of multi-species farming, agroforestry, and biodiversity. Rather than rigid order we work with natural systems to strengthen soil health and plant resilience. The result is a space that feels like a living forest. Under our attentive care, the garden continues to evolve and grow.

Cacao and Coffee

At the heart of the project are cacao and coffee trees, perfectly suited to the tropical climate. Hundreds of trees thrive on the property. Over time we have developed small-scale processing methods and share this knowledge through organic farming Workshops. We hope that in the future we can perfect our process of creating chocolate and coffee and sell our home-made products on the local market. Apart from those two, a diverse mix of fruit trees and spices provides harvests throughout the year, including cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, and lemongrass.

Learn with us

Our connection to the land runs deep. We often grow more than we can consume and gladly share seeds, seedlings, and harvests with neighbors and friends. For those interested in sustainable farming, organic gardening, or hands-on learning, we warmly invite you to explore our volunteering opportunities.
